After spending 15 years at a well-established international executive search firm, Gergő reached a point where he wanted to work in a way that felt more human, more intentional, and more aligned with what truly matters in leadership, he joined Person/ally. He built his career across every major industry, leading senior and executive searches not only in Hungary, but across the region and on a global scale. Along the way, he led a large Research team, shaping how they think, work, and connect with leaders. He naturally became a bridge between researchers and consultants — someone who understood both worlds and brought them closer in mindset and approach. His strength has always been his ability to see people clearly: their drivers, their depth, their potential.
